We tend to forget that Twilight is immortal... in the words of Aviators: "If I never have to die, am I alive at all?"

I took a page out of 4everfreebrony's book with this piece, as he writes many songs of Twilight outliving her friends. I've always wanted to write a sad song about her, and finally, I suppose the right mood hit me. If we think about Twilight, and about how her friends simply cannot live as long as her, we see that no matter how many friends she makes they will always disappear. I wanted to express that type of mindset through this song... How'd I do?

Once again I got to work with the talented and amazing JustKat! She put up with all of my nagging when it came to fine-tuning near the end of the project. She did the art as well - and I will say I think this is the best piece of work she's done! If you haven't already, go subscribe to her!
